I think now, on Easter, seems like a good time to start the Spring has Sprung RP. You can join at any time as long as you inform in the "Spring has sprung RP" Thread. I dont care who starts but remember the rules. If me or Rashall tell you you've broken a rule of this RP then you have to deal with it.
Jhera wiped some of the snow off his fence in the back-paddock he used for growing his flowers. He looked around the snow covered yard, and lifted his rake with a malicious grin. "Winter Wrap Up is here! Now get out of my sight, snow!" He flew around the yard in a music montage and, soon enough, all the snow was gone from his yard. His eye glinted, he pulled out his spade, and he began digging numerous holes all over the yard. After around an hour, he had every seed planted. He wiped some sweat off his brow and peered upwards. Pegasus ponies flew past with snow clouds, while others came in with rain clouds for the new plants. He would have to tell them later that he would need a specific amount for his flowers. Jhera walked outside of his shop and headed to the town square. The sorting would begin soon, and he was pretty sure he was going to end up on the plant team (again).
Dark shine was at the front of the Pegasi gathering snow along side Rainbow Dash. They raced eachother deciding it would be a funner way of sucking up the snow. "See you at Cloudsdale!" Rainbow Dash exclaimed. Dark Shine tilted his head. "Cloudsdale?" He was puzzled "Never heard of it..." Rainbow had a shocked look on her face as they flew with a large group of Pegasi behind. "Really?! No joke?!" Dark Shine nodded. "I was born in Canterlot and raised there..." Replied Dark Shine. "I guess I'll have to show you!" Exclaimed Rainbow Dash. After a few awkward minutes of flying they made it to the north of Ponyville where the snow was left to melt. "Well! Catch you later Dark!" Said Rainbow Dash.
As Felix started to walk he saw a pony with a rainbow mane fly over him *What's she doing?* As hes walking to where the pony is flying to Cloudsdale. He runs into a pony *Uhhhh Im sorry* Feilx said As the pony starts to put up her hoof felix starts to get scared *pats head* oh dont be scared little filly i'm just a friendly face* as the pony pats feilx's head. Feilx runs off! he starts to ram hes way into a bush. As he waits for night
Jhera walked out of the square in his new brown outfit. He had always loved winter wrap up, but for some reason every year they never finished on time and he had to replant his seeds. Gathered nearby, some ponies had gathered together in song. Jhera listened for a moment until he picked up the words, then went and joined them. "Winter Wrap Up, Winter Wrap Up! Let's finish our holiday cheer! Winter Wrap Up, Winter Wrap Up! 'Cause tommorow spring is here! Because tommorow spring is here!" A blue pegasus with a rainbow mane flew past him and went into her own solo about some birds. With his newfound excitement, Jhera headed to Sweet Apple Acres to help the Apple family plow their fields and move snow.
Dark Shine had not finished his job completley. He still had to deliver rain to all the crops needed as this year he was incharge of that duty. "Where to start?" He looked to Jhera's shop and realized he was in need of rain but thought he would save it for last due to Jhera's big collection of plants. So went over to Sweet Apple acres. (Dark Shine has already met Jhera btw )
Jhera walked through Sweet Apple Acres looking for a job that he could be doing. He certainly couldn't pull the plows, he was much too skinny for that. Looking around, he glanced at a nearby lake that some ice skaters were going across. That was a DEFINATE no, he couldn't skate to save his life. He went up to a tree and bucked it, but hardly any snow fell off. Jhera sighed and was about to ask somepony what he could do when he saw some of the smaller ponies planting seeds. That was perfect! By the time he was geared up, the singing had reached the farm and everypony was singing the Winter Wrap Up song again. Jhera joined in and happily pulled his seed-spreader around the open dirt. (yes, the meeting with the goldbelles, I remember now)
Dark Shine went back to his private cloud house and brought out a rain cloud of great proportions. He then flew back over to Sweet Apple Acres finding everypony there singing. He would join in but he knew that his singing was bad enough in Birthdays let alone Events. So he waited, cloud next to him, in the air, until they had finished planting the seeds. (Dont think you need to rush Jhera )
Jhera peered upwards though all the music and cheer and saw Dark flying past above him. Suddenly intrigued at seeing his friend again, he waved and attempted to get Dark's attention, but tripped on some dirt. Getting up, his face was a darker brown than usual. He shook it off and looked up to see if he had be successful in drawing Dark's mind to himself.
Dark Shine looked down to see Jhera waving. He waved back, smiled and then as the music ended kicked up a storm (Pun intended)
As felix walked over to jhera Uhhh...may i help you? Felix said *you got a little mud on your face* felix said. As felix takes a towel out of hes bag. As he cleans mud off of jhera's face
Jhera was surprised at the colt's sudden appearance. "Thanks..." he said hesitantly. "Don't you have a job to be doing? You don't seem to have a uniform, did you miss the sorting? Oh, no matter, you can help me!" Jhera grinned at the young pony. "Here, take this fan and wave it behind me. It will help the seeds spread out more." He walked up to the main table, grabbed a fan, and went back down where he placed it next to the colt.
In the Shadowed Forest the last of the snow had disappeared from the ground and the skies were once again clear. The air was still crisp, but that was to be expected. The inhabitants of New Halafax were enjoying the day by celebrating and welcoming their guests from afar. Rashall watched from the outskirts of the town as the ponies, wolves, griffins, and even three dragons enjoyed the new spring. The silver Pegasus smiled, even on a day like this he still had duties to attend though his adopted sister Aurora, who was sitting next to him, wished to be apart of the festivities. Rashall motioned for Aurora to follow him and together they departed. Several minutes later and they where on a hill to the Northwest of Ponyville the two of them spread out a blanket and brought out refreshments as the ponies of Ponyville worked to clear up the last remnants of winter.
Dark Shine decided to make sure he had enough rain water in his cloud for Sweet Apple Acres. He then, after counting the rain drops, decided to give the Ponies inspiration. He ran through the rain cloud and down to the ground again pulling up leaving a faint raindbow behind. "That'll do it!"
As felix picked up the fan. he started to wave the fan. *This is boring* felix said. He bites something in hes bag. He pulls out a Chinese Bamboo Hat. Felix puts the hat on hes head. as he resumes waving
Snow shoved some more snow off her roof (Yes, I know Snow is shoveling herself here). This was here first Winter Wrap Up outside of Canterlot, by Twilight, how had found herself in the same scenario, helped her know what to do. She sighed, this is a lot less fun than I thought it would be, she thought. Then she noticed that most ponies were clearing the ground with others, so they could talk while working. Snow climbed down from the roof to try to find somepony to help, but it's hard to see a snow-white pony against a backgroud of snow.
Firebreeze smiled as he began to melt the snow using his fire trail. After melting a good chunk, he put his goggles around his neck and observed his work.
Happy with the rainbow he created, Dark Shine thought it would be a nice idea to check up on his sisters; Butter Cup, Pine Dancer and Fox Glove but knew he had to wait till he had done his job here.
Snow layed flat on the ground after noticing Firebreeze, she quietly formed a snowball using her magic, and lobbed it at him, hitting him right in the head. She quickly hid her mane so that she would blend in and prepared the next snowball chuckling to herself, she had always pulled this prank during the winter, and this was probably the last chance she would get for months.
