*because motors aren't the same thing as engines - EMP

Oh hi guys, it's been a while since I've done a thread, actually a complete year since i haven't post in here ouh well time to get straight to the point

so I've been really bored this vacations because I've got nothing to do, but that will end soon as i have decided to build an Stirling engine for my own amusement,
    but, what's an Stirling engine?
    something like this

As you can see the engine cylinders are made out of a concept in which the heat exchange on a piston is soo fastly abrupt, that the engine produces a displacement with the piston that is inside, this making movement inside the cylinder
the second thing inside the cylinder aside of the piston there is a heat exchanger, that means a pump or something that extracts the heat of the piston so that the piston can keep it's movement once it is doing this fast exchange, but i don't wanna make a boring class of how does sterling engines work, but'll get to the basics of how does an Stirling engine works and why i'm making this post

so first thing is that i need a design for the engine i'm making , and it happens that you guys always seems to be really creative with all the stuff you do, so the thing is that i'm gonna make a Stirling engine (god I've said this about 18 times already today) with a little twist, a V configuration, but what does a V configuration means? that means that the cylinders of the engine are placed in the engine with the position of a V

ok right now you might be asking yourself "but why would you make an Stirling engine with TWO cylinders and even more, in V when you can make a flat engine with just one cylinder with the same amount of performance? this is stupid!"
here's the answer: "because of the looks of the engine and because as a matter of fact I AM STUPID, SO I'M MAKING THIS HAPPEN"

but hey there's also a couple of things the engine must do have before i spend a thousand dollars in paste and scraps of metal:
    the engine must have:
    - a way to induce the heat to the cylinders that does not involve me holding a candle
    - a way to cool down the top of the cylinder (possibly with just water on it)
    - two cylinders, made of perhaps an element that does not induce heat such as metal, because we want to make an engine that changes it's temperature fast *note, only the cylinder, the piston can be made of aluminum so that it induces the heat well, and moves flawlessly inside the cylinder
    - it must be done with cheap stuff, like soda cans and scrap metal just so that i can say "if i'd can, why wouldn't you?"
    and that's pretty much it

ouh also thing this engine can't have:
-anything to do with welding metal, i just can't do it because i'm really bad at it

ok so i'll teach you what a cylinder of a Stirling engine does have with the amazing skills of MSpaint®

    you only need :
a cylinder with a piston inside
a little pump to take out the heat
a wheel or a something alike it in order to move the two pistons synchronized
a heat source like a candle or something with fire
a counter weight on the two pistons so the cylinder doesn't go crazy when pumping

and now the big problem is to make TWO of these and also make them in the position of a V, this is the hard part, and the part in which i would like to see your imagination to design something rather simple but at the same time impressive

so, spit it out guys, show me your ideas, and designs! everything is welcomed!

But why this engine is not use as domestic one??
