Well, hello everybody ( Or should I say "everypony" (; )! My name is Joel, and since I got nothing more interesting to do right now I could might as well introduce myself! The reason I started to watch this show was because of several different reasons.. I was a hater of the series for a while because a person called "Amabo Kcorb" uploaded many picture of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic all the time on his Facebook site! I didn't really see what the point was by watching a show for little girls. But at that time I never really understood what was up with internet and My Little Pony. But I remember when I was on Dreamhack, like two weeks ago or something like that were they showed this clip where they have mixed together "Pinky And The Brain" with "My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic". And I kinda liked the style of it, the more "classic" cartoon style. And the monday after Dreamhack I was home from school (My foot was so messed up I couldn't barely walk!), and I had fixed all the episodes of season 1 in HD. So I watched the first episode to see why so many male adults liked it, and then I watched 11 more episodes in a row after that! So after that day, I've been stuck with this fandom and I call myself a brony! Well that is a small introduction of myself, but mostly why I started to watch this amazing show. My interests in short is gaming (Which you maybe could see because I was at Dreamhack..), and am currently trying to educate myself to work in a gamecompany in the future. And I joined this site just because I don't feel like I can talk about this show with anyone I know, because non of my friends don't want to give this a try. And my only friend that watch this show is to damn proud to tell anyone he does watch it! (x
Välkommen! I'm from sweden too and kinda new, (joined a few days ago) do you live close to Jönköping? I remember when there were nerds all over the hotel (hotell formel 1) where my mum worked and the day after one of the dreamhacks she brought like 30 Monster energy drinks that they left unoppened. xD I have never went to dreamhack myself though, even though I lived ridicolusly close. I have now moved to Gothenburg though. :3 That's a lots of though's.

Hey there, Joel! Welcome to Everypony! I hope you enjoy your say with us! I, personally, was never a hater of the show, but I was the same way when I first heard about it. I was thinking, "How can any guys, much less those similar to my age, like this show?" After seeing some pony image macros and a thread about it on a forum I used to visit, I gave it a try, and just like you, I kept watching episodes one after another in one sitting and was hooked.
