...Well, hopefully, it's about all the ponies, I guess, so... Can't wait for it. Though, if they feature Twilight and THE REST OF THE MAIN CAST in one place knowing eachoter, a HUGE plothole is the next thing I see... I hope they didn't screw up, like a lot of cartoons did on similar stuff.
Not necessarily, if they pull something like "I visited them a long time ago, but I forgot all about it." They are magical ponies after all, they live for quite some time. Also, you have a choice for the ending in this episode. I think they might milk this some. There's a chance that there's going to be an episode for each pony (or 2 at a time); that or you only get to choose rainbow dash's ending and they're going to tell you in one whole episode.
I quite honestly do not think they'll include Twilight with the rest of the cast in one place. It would definitely become a plot-hole, seeing that, in the first episode, she says "So, this is Ponyville..." or something like that. That means that she never visited Ponyville in her whole life, so couldn't grow up with them. I'm pretty sure that won't happen, though...
No it'll be a flashback episode, they'll travel around town to each main cast pony who will 'recite' their past (getting their mark). I thought that was rather obvious? Anyway any guesses as to which story is rainbow's real one? (it will have been decided already, seeing as the episode airs in 3 days)
So, to avoid Plot-holes, I'd love them to do it the way "Avatar - the last airbender" did. There were 4 min segments of every character stuffed into one episode to show off the past of the characters. 6 x 4 mins = 24 mins, would do good, I guess... Can't wait for Fluttershy's part. Seems like a good idea the way they're doing, too. ...But for some reason, I feel like it's gonna be all about Rainbow Dash... My gut feeling.
Same here... It's like I got kicked by a pony. Gut feeling anyways. It'd be more like 6 x 3min. There's also the filler for the youngins. 3 minutes doesn't really seem long enough. If you read the endings you can choose, they seem to take up more than 3 minutes... I think. Then again, Dash's story is probably the one with the longest story.
3 x 6 = 18 + 3 mins of the intro = 21... actually, looking at it like that, the ponies should have only 2 min time to show their past. 2 x 6 = 12 + 1 min that it takes to get themselves from 1 pony to another, intro into the pony's story x 6 = 18 + 2 mins of the intro of the whole episode = 20 + 1 min of the title song of the cartoon = 21. basically: (2 x 6) + (1 x 6) + 2 + 1 = 21. red - time of every pony's story blue - time of transition between the ending of the last pony's story and new pony's story yellow - the 'after title song' part
Not a fan of that 2min... :ahh: I think it may be all about Rainbow Dash. Not to mention that the trailer had about 1.5 minutes of episode content. Each transition may be longer than 1 minute. And that .5 really matters.
what if there aren't any commercial breaks? this is a toy franchise, after all... it pays for itself.
Odd enough that it'd have a "poll" for her backstory I mean, she already explained how she got her mark to Applebloom in that one episode anyway
...PLOTHOLEZ! BEWARE! I'm quite only interested in Rarity's and Fluttershy's (maybe) stories... the other one's are so obvious. Pinkie Pie... well, there's PIE in her name, so... Applejack, gain, APPLE. Twilight Sparkle... well, she's magical and stuff... Though, maybe Fluttershy's one is "obvious" somehow as well? Anyway, Rarity's the only one that isn't THAT obvious... really. I'd love to see how she 'stumbled upon' her talent.
Pie doesn't seem to be much of a party food (more of a family gathering sort of thing), now cake on the other hand.... I'd imagine finding out your talent is partying to be like a college students greatest dream
