It could be any age older than 14, since the body is still technically growing since the rest of that period. 18 is the ideal age for full-body cybernetics, any cybernetics such as mental implants could occur at any time, and cybernetic eyes could occur as early as birth (depending on situation) In short, anytime you wish

Have some information on Photon Blades because why not! Photon Blades are primarily made of three parts. The battery, the energy crystal, and the focusing lens. A photon blade works by hooking photons together in a sequence, creating a laser-like surface that incinerated most things it touches. This is achieved by ejecting positively charged photons in the energy crystal through the focusing lens by inputting photons of the same charge from the battery into the energy crystals. Most blades have a knob to control the length and temperature of the blade. Although they are more powerful than HF blades, they come at the cost of having high maintenance. Many things can go wrong when using this weapon. Over stimulation of the energy crystal can cause it to burn out, or extended use of a high length or blade temperature can cause the beam to burn throught the focusing lens. The battery may also lose a charge, failing to project the beam.
