mm ok what happened? im supposed to be getting notifications instantly by email. but for some reason there is not one in either my inbox or spamz folder. i have logged in earlier hoping.that would fix it. and i login today to diacover to private msgs is shiwn in a popup here but again no email. please help me mods. the emails are how i quickly.can reply from my pjone as my laptop is 6 miles from wifi most days.
Have you checked all of your settings on your profile to make sure that you receive emails from them?
First thing you can try is unsubbing then resubbing to the thread you wish to get instant emails from. If you have recently changed your email in your control panel, make sure you have entered it correctly.
Just to be thorough, I ran a quick test diagnostic of the site's ability to send email and it worked for me. If you are still having issues, I can perform the same test for your email and see if you get that. Might help narrow down the problem.
