It's true, Everypony probably doesn't have much time left if what's happening now continues. At one point, I thought of leaving even when roleplaying went from euphoria to a sense of duty to the other roleplayers; that's not what I wanted! Probably the only things that kept me here were you, Quill, Legionbrony, and Eight Star. And then there were two on that list... I'll cya round on Steam then, I suppose.
(Well, we should know each other's characters. Figured you'd have more time this way.) Steel stood next to Celestia's throne, her instructing him on protocol. "Yes, Mother." Steel said, bowing. "Your partner is a mare. But she's a calmer mare. She'll calm your neuroticies and paranoia, helping you focus." Celestia said. "Yes. Thank you, Mother. A good choice." Steel said, nodding. "Whenever she gets here, I'll depart." He added. "Be safe." Celestia said with worry. "I'll keep your brother free, he'll help you two whenever you call him." "Yes ma'am. You have a country to rule. Don't worry about your son, the decorated army commander." Steel laughed, waiting for his partner.
(Hm. Sparrow. Yes, she'll work.) The door opened, and Steel's partner walked in. She had light blue eyes, that seemed to pierce the two at the end of the way.
Steel's expression calmed as soon as he saw her. "Hello." He said, walking up to her and bowing. "I am commander Steel Bolt, infamous Commander of the Equestrian armed forces. You are?" He asked with a bow.
She studied him for a moment. "Sparrow Rose." she said, a smile already in her voice. "Pleased to meet you."
"And a pleasure to meet you as well. You're the mare who's going to help me capture Chrysalis, right?" Steel asked.
She nodded, gave a small bow to Princess Celestia, and walked out. She allowed herself a small smile. Being serious was not as easy as it sounded.
"Really?" she asked, eyes widening comically. "Thank Celestia." she said, without waiting for an answer. "It's weird, I cannot stand being serious for more than ten minutes."
"Seen things...done things...not exactly a life to be entirely proud of, I'm a brute that brings out the best in soldiers." Steel sighed. "Yeah...it's pretty tough."
"Ha! I'm sorry...no. This quest will be hard. And if one of us dies, it will not be you. When we get to the hive, you are to stay behind me...I have a past with Chrysalis..." Steel said.
