After thousands of years of battle, Prosos, the defender of the Natural Realm (Equestria) has fallen to Shadow Light, the evil defender of the Dark Realm. During his last few moments alive, he decided to send the newly made amulets of Strength, Speed, Knowledge, Magic, and Morality out into the Naturalan Realm to find ponies who represented those elements the best. Once those ponies were found, the amulets transported them to the Darkan realm to stop Shadow light before he takes control of the Naturalans.
