Quick question, would Wayne of been like you and posted on something like a role play forum. If that's true then when the EMP wears off those forum/blog posts would become very useful intel for the story. Especially when they find it and begin the hunt for whatever Wayne's username is.

It takes Waybe, that friend, and a certain multi-subject notebook that Wayne currently has in his possession, but is hiding that fact. Whoever has all three can literally WRITE the course of the war - - Auto Merge - - [MENTION=2751]RobinHood[/MENTION] don't you think it's a bit unrealistic to have been able to cross what was likely a small handfull meters before that soldier fired a shot? Or step out of the way? If you want one of their weapons, just say you found a body or abandoned weapon or something

No there isn't, at this point in this Universe's history, the Brotherhood is the only militaristic super-advanced group at this time. And no one would want to mess with the Brotherhood right now, as they are at the very height of their power, and have crushed other powerful nations in the past, this war marks the end of uncontested Brotherian dominance however. Well, afterwords of course. And besides, the arm of the galaxy all of them live in is fairly desolate of advanced civilization outside of the "Area"
