As rada's 2nd in command I see one problem dream, the Thompson submachine gun was introduced into service in 1938 and we would prefer ww1 era weapons. Oh and if your as high of a rank as lieutenant general, you are not going to be in the field, you're 'too high value' of a target. Even me being a colonel is pushing it.
