I love my writing. And then there's this, the result: I love my readers. When people enjoy my art, I'm completely ecstatic and encouraged to do more; do better. So, what inspires the best feelings in you?
I feel great and do better when: I draw something and I like the final result. I have my pupils happy with my lessons and parents come to congratulate me. I know people around are happy having me as a friend.
When someone appreciates what I do. Having many friends. Or accomplishing something with great results.
I basically get Support from friends and people who enjoy my work. I listen to mostly New Age music when i'm drawing. helps out and get me inspired with the imagery that pops in my head to be creative.
Best feeling in the world? Well, keeping it G rated, I'd say finally getting whatever it was that was stuck between my teeth out. That, and actually writing in the zone. I don't care if I like what I've written later, but writing while in the zone is what I imagine heaven to be like.
hmmm..... i can say im more content with writing the fanfic down instead of keeping it in a dream or the back of my head, getting it noticed is just a nice bonus
agreed. The feeling of writing and planning and seeing it all come together is just indescribable. And while my first published fiction isn't out yet, I find positive reactions to be truly exciting and wonderful, although not the wholesome experience of the journey to get there, not by far. Also, I just got reminded, your fiction, I must read it -.- sorry for the delay.
haha no problems just make shure to point out any spelling errors you see that arnt placet there for you to make out how people talk in your head
the best feeling in the world to me is looking at the full moon on a cold dark night just thinking about it gives me a rush as I'm invigorated be night as it is the full moon just makes it better followed closely be the chill of mint (as my name would imply)
You should post it on FiMFiction.net. It's a much bigger, yet more organized website for fanfiction. You will likely garner a bigger response and more feedback.
i would love to post the story in big fanfics sites like that but right now i just wish i can spot the big problems with the story first such as grammar mistakes that arnt meant to be there or spelling mistakes or passably if im getting the canon ponies attitude right if im getting Applejacks accent right (kinda hard to get southern talk in writing when your a hooser with aspergers haha bottom-line before i post the story in sites like thos id like the storys to be as top notch as they can be
The best feeling in art? I really like when people enjoy my art work as much as I enjoy making it. I love listening to Jumpstyle and dubstep music while drawing. Best feeling I have at other times? I love driving late at night on back roads when it's warm enough to have the windows down with some Angles and Airwaves playing. I can't wait for spring to roll around so I can do that.
Best feeling for art: ~When I have an idea I can thoroughly put into FL and make something with it Best feeling in general: ~When I know I'm doing something right for society, even if doing it will cause me to lose friends, acquaintances, or even putting myself out there as someone who isn't "down"
of course, I'm familiar with vernacular, having suffered through far too many novels that ONLY use very heavy foreign dictions (I'm looking at you 'Their Eyes were Watching God', not to even start on Mark Twain's more famous works, as he was the king o' vernacular). I feel for you, though, as it is horribly difficult to get an accent you yourself haven't been around for some time down to a tee to write it (Twain himself took many years of travel to get the experience necessary to write that way). I just pray that when my turn to write it comes along, people won't notice how my accents are less Texan, Appalachian or Southern and more Arizonan.
To me, I don't think there's any better feeling than when my little nephew smiles at me or I get to spend the day with family and friends
I feel just like you do. I love the feeling of people enjoying what I write and it makes me so happy to be able to provide something for them. Best. Feeling. Ever.
I actually had The Greatest Feeling In The World day yesterday! Started off the day with a text from one of my closest friends asking if she and her mom (with whom I'm also really close) could wait with my family and be there for me when I go into surgery. And then later that evening, I made an offhand comment to a different friend about how if I get the open surgery, I better get a couple more books on my Kindle. I'll have a lot of time on my hands since that would require a 2-4 day hospital stay. Suddenly, I got an email from Amazon saying that she had given me a gift card. Knowing that I have such amazing friends who care so much about me, even during a routine surgery (getting my gallbladder removed), makes me feel so loved and so good. I almost started crying after the one friend's texts lol. Art wise, I'd say my best feeling is when people point out how much I've been improving. I get stuck in the details and can't see the forest for the trees. So when people tell me I'm getting better, it makes me really happy. =) Edit: Gotta agree with Lumina too. Spending time with my niece and nephews, and seeing them be happy makes me feel so awesome ^_^ My niece's birthday is tomorrow. She'll be 10! Then my older nephew will be 4 in May, and my youngest nephew is about 5 1/2 months old. They grow up so fast. I remember when the youngest was born. I was in the delivery room with my sister. Such an awesome experience.
