Sick of trying to find the exact, perfect place for this post to fit. This is the best I could do. GreyMagus is nothing more than a plot device for the RP I have going right now. I have already had some amazing RP experiences with several of the prominent faces in EP. Legion, Queen Cyanside, Fireball, Dynasty Charge, SirSPT and Zzerna, to name a few. This RP is not your traditional hack-and-slash because COMBAT! RP, this scenario was designed to force you to think, it forces you to (surprise!) cooperate in something other than because COMBAT!. It enables you to actually roleplay and develop your characters from a dramatic standpoint that more closely reflects your existence in the world of Equestria. With that said, before any of you jump on my case and call me a because COMBAT! hater, or try and accuse me of saying that anyone who likes because COMBAT! is an idiot, let me cut you off right freakin' THERE. I like combat too, just not as much as some other people. There's nothing wrong with a because COMBAT! RP session, it's just that I find it more of a chore than anything else to GM or take part in on a constant basis. Now, if thinking of anything puzzle-related is something that might appeal to you, feel free to join in. There will be combat, just not as much as some people like. (Don't even think about messaging me telling me I'm making fun of you. I'm not.) I know what you're thinking, "Who's this guy? He's only been on site for a month!" Let me answer that question for you. You're right, I've only been on EP for a month, but I've been RPing AND GMing for over 20 years. Longer than a healthy chunk of the EP membership has been alive. I may be old(er), but I come with a wealth of experience regarding the RP scene. I've done tabletop, chat and LARP in those last 20 years. Trust me on this, I'm qualified. In short, you have three choices on how best to proceed with this RP. One, you can get mad! That's right, get mad with all of your might. I host a different kind of RP, one that is very limited in because COMBAT! That'll turn some people off to it right away. Your choice, I'm not forcing you to play. Two, you can get over it. That's right. You might be curious as to how a thinking pony's RP runs. Give it a shot, you might be surprised as to how fun YOU can make it. Third, you can report me to the admins. That'll show me! As far as I can tell, I'm not breaking any rules here. Of course, there's always the chance I am, and either the admins for the RP or Tyro or Eight can drop a train on me and ban me from the site. Regardless, if you're in line with what I've said here, my RP has only a few simple rules that everypony must follow: 1. Get involved. I will not force you to RP. If all you wanna do is play "Let's annoy the GM with stupid antics!", you'll quickly find me not falling for any of your ploys, and you will become bored and leave. I've already GMed for about fifty of those people in years past. You antics will not deter, shock or annoy me. You will be passed over. 2. Get thinking. Strategy and cooperation is the key to getting through my RP. If all your character is designed to do is because COMBAT!, you will find yourself very bored and quickly switching to another channel. 3. (My personal favorite) Have fun. Because if you're not here to have fun, what are you doing here? 4. NIMDYD. Not In My Dungeon You Don't. What I say goes, if you have a problem with that, I encourage the admins to tear my head off in the forums or live in front of everypony. If however, I miss a rule, please tell me. I'll do what I can to fix it. Game on, folks! I'll make sure it's a bumpy ride!

And to think, all that preparation I put into that post, only to be shot down by yet more rules, procedures and other assorted craziness...
Also, a problem is that you are not an official GM, so really, without the ideology of loot or Achievements, nopony really would want to. Like yeah, there is a few that might like to do it for fun, but in the end of a Puzzle rp? Is there not going to be a surprise, or reward? Even if such is just the big picture?
I thought his rps were fun, also couldn't he just talk to legion and have posted this somewhere in the new EPRP area?
Most likely, though, still, the fact that he didn't put it in the Official area, and him not being a GM, pretty much dullened the prospect EPRPwise. In my opinion anyway.
