Biography: A powerful and corrupt businesspony, Blackheart used his tool company, Black Forge, as a front for multiple illegal activities, including black market arms dealing, pony trafficking, production and distribution of illegal drugs, blackmail, bribery, extortion, racketeering, and murder.
He is also a user of blood magic, an illegal dark art that allows Unicorns to strengthen their magical abilities by using their own (or somepony else's) blood.

Despite his many crimes, the authorities were never able to prove anything, until Blackheart attempted to kill his own son.
A firm believer in the superiority of Unicorns, Blackheart has a special hatred for Earth Ponies.
When he learned that his son, Blackout, was engaged to an Earth Pony, Blackheart flew into a rage and attempted to kill him and his fiance.
The couple managed to incapacitate Blackheart and escape, and he was arrested a short time later.
After a short trial, he was convicted of two counts of attempted murder and sentenced to twenty years in prison.

Other Information: Despite being unambiguously evil, Blackheart is also charming, intelligent, and driven.
He despises non-Unicorn races, but can usually keep his bigotry hidden, and can work with others to achieve his goals.
He is also very disloyal, and will be the first to sell out an ally once they're no longer useful to him.

 

Full Name: Vulcan Eruption
Race/Gender: Male Earth Pony
Age Estimation: Early 40’s
Appearance/Cutie Mark: An absolute behemoth, standing two heads taller than Big Mac and is essentially all muscle. Has a white coat and a fiery tail, has no mane and is bald, also has red eyes. Cutie Mark is a fire surrounded by chains.
Position Within Prison: Criminal
Crimes Committed: Committed a list full of atrocities, but is infamous for mass murder. One such incident is the “Friendship Express Massacre” that took place ten years prior to the RP, in which he hijacked a train with a small team of his separatists and caused it to derail and crash into a small town, killing hundreds. He however, was nearly killed in the process.
Biography: Extremely intimidating and a former leader of a now disbanded separatist movement, Vulcan is more of a Terrorist than a simple petty criminal. His “Kill-Count” is extremely high and his arrest after the Massacre that nearly killed him caused him to serve thousands of years of life sentences. He has survived five execution attempts until the authorities simply will allow him to die when he is ready, attempts to starve him having little effect.
Other Information: Being a former leader of a separatist movement, Vulcan is intelligent and has an indomitable willpower and leadership skills. The Earth Pony is also has severe pain resistance and has trained himself as a world-class fighter. He is a Lawful Evil but tends to slip to Chaotic Evil when in a rage. Vulcan is absolutely ruthless and will do anything in his power to accomplish his goals, even sacrificing his allies to accomplish what he believes is a “greater good”. His only weakness is the mask that covers the lower part of his face he is forced to wear suppresses his constant pain from the day he nearly died. If the mask were to be removed, it would take no more than a minute until the pain would leave Vulcan to barely be able to stand

Full Name: Starnsy Warnsy

Race/Gender: Female, Earth Pony

Age Estimation: Mid 20's

Appearance/Cutie Mark: Dark green coat, scruffy scarlet mane and tail, pink eyes, exploding dynamite cutie mark. Slightly smaller than the average mare, Starnsy's body still holds that particular Earth Pony hardiness.

Position Within Prison: Prison Guard

Biography: (Adjusted for RP sake) Born in Canterlot to a modest family; a dead mother and verbally abusive father paved the way for mental issues that sometimes resurface under the right circumstances. Her education ranges from K-12 with very little college education due to an error which caused her to be sent to an exclusively Unicorn college. Facing discrimination and the severe lack of doorknobs (along with other things for the magically inclined) she dropped out of college rather quickly. Her particular skillset made her suitable for only a select few jobs, and (albeit slightly begrudgingly) became a prison guard. After a few months, her progress and skills made her suitable for transfer to The Iron Prison, where she currently is employed. Despite her stature and her strength that is dwarfed by some other prison guards, her methods of pacification get results.

Other Information: (Reference picture can be seen to the left (my avatar)) Can create her own explosives, along with other devices, she's a tinkerer at heart. Does not react well under pressure, especially when having to deal with multiple stimuli at once. A birth defect caused her skin to be tougher and unusually resistant to blast impacts from explosions. Shrapnel and heat are still a hazard to her however. Due her collegiate error and the subsequent racial discrimination, Starnsy can never feel truly comfortable around Unicorns, and still has a tendency to shut down and clam up when faced with the magically inclined that A.) Mean her harm. Or B.) Threaten, yell, beat, etc. her. (Like PTSD towards Unicorns.)

Race/Gender: Male Earth-pony

Age Estimation: 47

Appearance/Cutie Mark: Rather tall, around as tall as even Vulcan, but with medium build, dark grey coat, dark brown mane, green eyes, black hooves. Cutie mark a A paintbrush dipped in blood, symbolizing his skill as an artist and a surgeon, as well as his ability to artfully manipulate everybody around him.

Position Within Prison: Subject placed within the Asylum for the Criminally Insane section of the prison, held under high security. In containment for an overall account of 147 convicted murders, 143 from confessions, 4 others from DNA evidence. Subject is suspected of near full 600 people, responsible from their missings.

Biography: Born in [Insert ponified version of Berchtesgaden, an unincorporated area in Bavaria. (south-east German.)] to a female pony known as Arianna Vogelscheuche, Adrian was an heir to a family of Noble blood, and was born a Count. (Graf is the German equivalent to a Count, but let us use the term Count anyways.) He had no father but lived also with his adopted baby sister, Aloisia. However, one fateful day had come during a harsh winter that a group of strangers had come and taken over the small castle that Adrian and his family lived in. It was not long after that they had eaten all the food. The strangers, apparently armed, had held a conversation, and decided to eat the family. The mother and sister were torn from the boy, and he never saw them again. However, later, one of the strangers brought the boy a soup, which he at first did not want to eat, but due to hunger, greedily devoured it. Laughs came from the strange and small group of few ponies, unicorns and pegasi, who told him what he had just eaten: his family. The boy went berserk, and thus attacked the group in the middle of the following night, stealthily, one by one killing and then eating them. After he did he retreated to another town far away. He stayed with his only living relative, his aunt, who had been able to put him in a medical school, where he soon became a renowned and very talented psychologist. However, he had transformed from an innocent young boy to a pure psychopath, with cannibalistic and homicidal intentions. He functioned as the forensic criminal psychologist for numerous unique homicide cases, and for each one, he himself commited homicides connected to each case, taking organs and limbs to take with him and eat, sometimes even serving the entrees to guests at his house. Eventually, he was caught and taken to the prison, and put under the most secure provisions. From there, he had helped the FBI to arrest several other serial killers using his incredible skills as a psychologist, as well as being yet another, albeit one of the most dangerous, serial killers.

Other Information: Highly intelligent, heartbeat rarely goes above 85 BPM, brilliant mastermind and psychologist, highly cunning and manipulative, excels in fine arts, (I.e. Philosophy, art, swordsmanship, culinary.) is a pure homicidal psychopath, and is a cannibal.

If Criminal/Rioter, Crimes Committed: Accused of first degree murder, accused of theft. (He is only trying to escape when the riot(s) begin)
Biography:Grey was born homeless, being taken in by a group of old folk at age 5. He began gaining reputation when he began helping those who need it out, wether it would be homework, moving furniture, etc. At age 16, he was at the store and had paid for a clump of metal for a neckless he was making at the time, but the store manager decided it would be funny to accuse Grey of theft. He had no idea he was being hunted, but when he got home, the same old ponies who taken him in had died of age. When the guards arrived they only saw an abnormally large pony starring down at some dead ones. He was then taken in, he didn't fight back what so ever. Now he sits in prison, waiting to be released. There is a young mare (17, Grey is 19 now the mare is 17) that treats him well, she speaks to him and knows he would not hurt a fly. When other prisoners try to assault her when she is feeding them, Grey puts them in their place. (Its not the prettiest. He does not get along with others except for that one mare.)
