BladeRunner was the last survivor of Vecta Rellis, the project that destroyed the badlands. He was far below the large ship on a transport carrier

with the back door wide open... well it was opened for aquatic vehicles to activate and be pushed out for deployment. He sat there with his Scar-H at the ready for anything, the wind going through his hair.

 

BladeRunner couldn't here anything, the wind was hitting his ears. He had thoughts of his own, the badlands, those ponies he led into battle, they were all dead but served their purpose. He had friends in that war for Equestria, if it wasn't for the Vecta projects, he wouldn't be here, he would be some blacksmith from Ponyville. Blade closed his eyes, enjoying the huge breeze of wind that was strong enough to push down a building.

 

As the large command airship was flying a smaller airship rose up next to it, docking on its left side and let some of the airship crew to switch. Fireheart walked across the extended bridge and stepped onto the top deck of the airship as she watched the airship she was once on retract the bridge and lower back below the clouds.

 

Blade almost fell off, but luckily he held on to an attachment clip mainly used for vehicles. He lost his pistol, well, it wasn't the first he has had. He climbed back to the spot he was on, checking to see if his Scar-H was still intact, and it was. He sat down in the same spot, and he could tell that the ship had sped up.

 

FireHeart approached Sapphire. "I'm guessing you're the mare in charge of this vessel, care to explain the mission. My commanding officer on the R.A.S Midnight didnt exactly tell me why we swapped out crew. Though let me introduce myself Sergeant FireHeart of the 7th marines."

 

Blade gets up and stretches, beginning to make his way toward the Observation Deck. He noticed they were above some forest, well the edge of it rather. He walked up the stairs and made his way to the Obs. Deck, he was going to ask where exactly they were headed.

 

Blade Walked into the Obs. Deck, where he would see Sapphire, "Hey, some guys told me you wanted me?"
He saw the new chick, "And who might you be?"

 

"Eh, in a sorta way," Blade couldn't help but grin, "The weapons on the vehicles are in a low condition so I repaired them since nopony else would, I was taking a break so I sat on the edge of the ships vehicle deployment exit, and almost fell off. I'm dine with my job and would like to get some rest." There was a reason he didn't call her "ma'am", he was a completely different faction. Blade was a war hero of the military of the night he worked for, known as Bladedge Company. The BC didn't fight for Nightmare Moon, but rather fought to bring back Princess Luna, of course they were sided with the guys who fought for Celestia.
Above all else, they were the largest military in the world, not only that, but their seven commanders are kinged Alicorns.

 

Blade got over to one of the control stations where a mare was controlling the ship, he got on the intercom, "May I have your attention please, this is Petty Chief BladeRunner speaking, I will need the following squadrons," He then pulled up a holo-pad, "Vecta, Zeta, Beta, Delta 2, Charlie 5, Alpha 1, Omega 6, and Bravo 7. As for all other units, prepare for landing."
Blade then turned to Sapphire and the new girl, "I got some asses to chew out before we leave."

 

As the squadrons lined up on two different sides, Blade stepped off of an elevator platform, "Alright, listen and listen good, we are not here to take a cigarette break, we are not here to get drunk off our asses, and we sure as hell ain't here to win a mare pregnant, Hellflame," The troops laughed as one of the says, "Well it wasn't my fault she put seomthing in my beer!"
"Well you should have took your drink with you," Blade said keeping a straight face, the troops stood tall and still as some of them tried to hold the laughter in, "You think this is some joke? Do you think something is funny!?"
Blade was at the yelling point, "IF YOU WERE TO GO OUT THERE RIGHT NOW, THE ENEMY WOULDN'T HESITATE TO KILL YOU!? I'VE BEEN SHOT TOO MANY TIMES TO REMEMBER A JOKE, TO REMEMBER THE GOOD PARTS IN LIFE, THERE IS NO LIFE FOR ME! YOU WANNA END UP LIKE ME!? SOMEONE WHO FIGHTS ALL OF THE DAMN TIME!? DO YOU!?"
"Sir, No Sir!!!" The troops yelled back, all of them keeping straight faces.
"Good, Now the, our objective is to build a few encampments around Ponyville and to secure the area around it. As soon as your done, go to your stationary encampment and await for further orders over radio."
"Sir!" The troops began heading out in their squads, getting in tanks and military Jeeps. Blade watch them leave, he began having chest pains as he fell to a knee, coughing up blood. His vision began to get blurry, but he got back up and shook the pain away. He then hitched a ride with the last leaving squadron, Vecta.

 

Blade heard what was said over the radio, he then got on, "Understood, I will send Beta squadron in, over and out."
Blade began coughing up blood again, only this time was worse, "What the hell is going on?"

Beta would move out into the town to meet up with Sapphire Radiance, driving two gunned and armored Jeeps. They would have fresh supplies and ammunition just incase.
