I'm sorry, fire, but I just do not understand why hat be be his OC, it's not like it really gives him any advantages, & a character with a good backstory is always fantastic, and he's not actually an alicorn, just the fact that all he would be able to use (although I would think a horned earth pony couldn't, seeing how they're not a magical being) a levitate spell, the wing is of no use, & the horn barely functions, & it would be quite interesting to have in an RP...
