Hey peeps, I came up with a very effective way for me to get exercise!

I call it the ultimate brony workout/running challenge.

    1. Put nightmare night on loop on your mp3 player. (Put the volume up high to get you pumped)
    2. Set a target goal you want to achieve. (mine was 2 km)
    3. Go for a run on the treadmill (or in the suburbs)
    4. As the song plays, pretend you are running from Nightmare moon and trying to escape.
    5. Record your time that you ran the goal in.
    6. The next time you do it, try to beat your time, and later on, increase the distance of your run.

    I did 2km in 8 mins 27 seconds. (avg of 15 km/h)

I'd be curious to know yours if you try it.

Also, this works well for me, it might not work out as well for other people, the song might be different or you might just not be a running person, so try something different that works for you ^^

Replace 'Nightmare Night' with something which isn't from MLP. Bam, you don't look like an idiot with people staring at you.

What makes you think that they'll hear the music? You'll be running, running is perfectly normal

It all depends on what motivates you personally. To be honest, i don't excercize in my spare time. I do that enough at work. :p

Nightmare Night isn't something that would motivate me to run though.

I actually had running trail on Friday as part of my winter preparations, and I run 5.8 Km in 22.00 min.

music: combination of Archie's music and Netsky's music.

Excersise... what is this strange unfamiliar word you speak of?

    xD

Sounds interesting, I'll have to give it a try.

Maybe I will actually enjoy running! xD

I did my routine again today, I added an extra 2 kms and slowed the pace down.

I also added a few more songs.

I did 4 kms in 21 mins and just as I was ready to give up, Aviators 'Never back down' came on. XD

Keep going, never back down ^3^
I like the remix of that song in Balloon Party - 100% No Feeble Cheering. It's ace, and in my opinion superior to the original.
I like how you added 2km running distance in 10 seconds flat!
I'm definitely going for a run tomorrow to try this out fo' sho'.

I didn't have any music on, but I did an 8 mile while humming Party with Pinkie VIP for an hour.
    Does that count?
