(Only 2 hours late. A new record!) Megaman stood up, dazed. He was in what appeared to be some sort of sewer. He looked around, spotting other figures in the sewer. "Hello?" he called out, confused.
Radec was already up, quickly pivoting on his boots and pointed his LMG at the blue-clad figure. "Name, now."
Megaman jumped, before drawing his own gun. "The name's Megaman. I'm the son of Doctor Light. Who're you?" he asked.
"Colonel Mael Radec of the Helghast Army." He said, keeping the gun trained on Megaman "Now, let us point our guns away from each other. I can assure you if you wish to continue this, I can maintain this stance all day."
Jack came from around the corner of the sewer, still trying to fix his vortex manipulator. He looked up to notice mega man and Radec "Damn it, not only am I not in Cardiff, I'm in some future where Russians have power armour and teenagers run around in blue leotards and metal boots and helmets." He paused for a second before continuing. "You don't so happen to know where the hell I am."
As she comes to int he sewer she taps her helmet communicator, "Come in Normandy..." She waits for a response and starts to walk through the sewer. Commander Shepard comes around the corner with her gun out. She fixes her sight onto the other three. "Who are you people?" She calls out to them.
"Captain Jack Harkness, head of Torchwood Cardiff, Ex-Time agent and on and off time and space Travelling companion of the doctor. Who do I have the pleasure of speaking too Miss..."
Radec pivoted again and pointed his rifle at the woman with rifle reaching into his holster pulling out his pistol with his free hand, pointing that at Jack. "Once again, I am Colonel Mael Radec of the Helghast army. No, I am not Russian and no, I doubt any of us know where we are if an apparent space and time traveling cop doesn't know."
Megaman bend over, grabbed his helmet off the ground, and put it on. "Where's this 'Russia' you speak of? Never heard of it." he asked.
Shepard put down her gun and placed the pistol in its holder. "Commander Shepard, Alliance Military." She tells them as she hits her com device again, "Come in Normandy, this is Commander Shepard." She waits for a response. "Are any of you getting a signal down here?" She asks as she checks her Omnitool to see if she can boost her frequency. "If I can contact the Normandy I can get us an idea of what planet we're on." She tells them.
"My Vortex Manipulator is busted. So that means this certainly is a rare and strange place. I mean if this thing can take me from the year 100 trillion to 2012. I don't know what's causing it to mess up. Perhaps the best way to find out where we are is to get on the surface." Jack pulled out a sonic blaster from under his ww2 era navy blue overcoat and aimed it at a manhole above him firing at it and dislodging it slightly.
Shepard nods, "I agree with Jack. If we get surface side I have better chance of contacting the Normandy." She adds as she starts to climb the ladder to the loosened manhole and lifts it up, peering out to the world to make sure its clear.
Radec kept his weapons trained on the two as Shepherd ascended up the later. After she was up near the top, he slung his rifle over his shoulder at looked at the two before grunting and following after, his pistol drawn
Megaman quickly sprinted up after Radec, occasionally stopping to point his blaster off to the side. Outside, the streets of New York City were in ruins. Buildings were crumbled and burning, and something large and gray was off in the distance. However, outside the sewer, small, white demon-like creatures hoarded around, ready to fight.
Shepard pulled her rifle out and trained it on the demons, "I think, back in the hole it a good idea..." she says as she quickly backs up.
Radec pushed past Shepherd, drawing his LMG in one hand and pistol in the other. "The time for fear has passed. Now is the time to make your investments." he said, taking aim at a creature for each of his guns.
Megaman's armor quickly turned brown. He bent over, pulling a massive chunk of the street up. He held it up with one arm before hurling straight at one of the demonic creatures.
Shepard headshotted a few with her pistol before accessing her omnitool and a small flying orb appeared that shocked and started attacking the demons, "In the hole! Don't be stupid or brave, we can't stand against these numbers! Time for a strategic retreat!" She called to the others as she kept backing up.
Radec opened fire, peppering the demons with as many bullets as he could without moving. "You may run as you wish, but a true Helghast never retreats." he said, skillfully reloading before resuming fire.
As a demon is about to jump Radec from behind in his blind shot Shepard blows its head apart, "And a true marine never leaves a man behind." She says as she watches her sentry phase out. She turned on her tech armour, knowing that Radec was not going to retreat till he was knocked out or worse. She then shot out a blast of flame from her Omnitool that flew out and explodes, incinerating a group of the demons.
