So, this is for the anime lovers out there. I just want to find out who else likes black butler, hetalia, sao, full metal alchemist, ouran high school host club, soul eater, or attack on titan. Just interested because I feel like the only one, even though I joined today XD. Anyway, just curious, so yeah. I would also like to hear what other animes I should watch.
There are quite a few anime fans on this site. Of the anime you listed, I'm a fan of FMA, Soul Eater, and Attack on Titan. Personally, I like anime with a well-written story, interesting characters, and plenty of action. My own favorites are Cowboy Bebop, Black Lagoon, and Blood+.
Full Meta Alchemist is pretty cool. Never really been too big on anime. My favorite, which I was just introduced to this year, is Kampfer.
I have an eclectic taste when it comes to manga and anime. My favorites are Akira, Gravitation, Cardcaptor Sakura, Kenichi: Greatest Disciple, and Cowboy Bebop. Sent from my LG-L38C using Tapatalk 2
Wow. Akira and Gravitation, let alone together. The former is an excellent choice, though I haven't watched Gravitation in forever to really see how it stands. Yummy yaoi goodness, though. hah (Akira used to make me nauseous. x_x) I enjoyed Sword Art Online's first arc (SAO), but couldn't stand the ALO arc. It was just... awful. Having said that, I have no plans to abandon that series and I will most definitely watch the new arcs. I love Attack on Titan with its distressing atmosphere, great premise, and deep political going-ons on top of the Titan threat itself. I tend to enjoy a lot of violent stuff. In that vein, I love Claymore, Berserk, and Battle Angel Alita, Elfen Lied as well as Vampire Hunter D. Full Metal Alchemist is cool, but I've never watched the movie(s) or the new anime. And I love Cowboy Bebop. I don't think we'll see an anime of its artistic caliber for a long time. Other fantastic animes I've seen: Puella Magi Madoka Magica (HIGHLY recommend this one, even if cutesy stuff is not your thing), Black Rock Shooter (watched anime, but no OVAs--kinda meh), AIR (pretty wtf), Speed Grapher (not for the weak of stomach/heart), Casshern Sins (brutally slow, but symbolic), Birdy the Mighty (I honestly like the OVAs more than the new anime). I follow the mangas of Bleach, Naruto, and One Piece (with the former two for the sake of completion at this point). One Piece never appealed to me, but now I'm excited for its updates every week! I didn't read all of it, nor watch any of the anime beyond AMVs and specific scenes/episodes, instead choosing to read most of the story, but it's definitely a well executed story.
