Recently Muckrock, a non-profit organization dedicated on reviewing government documents filed a FOIA[Freedom of Information Act] request four months ago to see info on who all participated in the 'Harlem Shake' skit for the video that explains what the repeal would mean. Though the request was denied by Ajit Pai this week and Muckrock is considering to repeal the denial and sue the FCC for not divulging the information requested. Only adding on to his Obstruction of Justice charges.

Oregon has officially passed legislation that will protect the state's people from throttling and blocking internet content and there is already expectations of companies, such as AT and T, will sue Oregon for passing such legislation. And with the deadline of the repeal of Net Neutrality coming April 23, all states that are not protected by a executive order, a bill, or passed legislation will be the first to feel it's effects.
