    You're thinking of his Ocean Dub voice actor his Funimation Dub and Dragon Ball Z Kai Dub voice actor is Christopher Sabat.

    I know all of the voice actors and voice actresss on both Naruto Shippuden and Dragon Ball Z so if you ever want to know anything just ask me.

    Also while Brian Drummound is the Ocean Dub voice actor for Vegeta, Christopher Sabat is his current voice actor also similiar to how in Ocean Dub Ian James Corlett was the voice actor for Goku but now Goku is voiced by Sean Schemmel.
