The video was taken down due to Copyright Infringement. The same thing happened to Friendship is Witchcraft. Not really anything we can do.
Maybe it could be found on Youku, but other than the title (T/N: You and I) there's nothing else to go on for searching a copy. Your best bet would be to use a proxy from an accepted country, but that's always tricky.

You still haven't said what this video is. My research suggests you're looking for a song (ぼくときみ--"You and I" by Yosuke Fukui) that aired in the mini-show, "Minna no Uta" (T/N: Everyone's Songs), syndicated by NHK. Anyway, correct me if I'm wrong. I have nothing to go on.

Hey, the video was a cartoon featuring a song sung by a girl, it was for like children in a children's show, that I'm searching for which is i think the above song you mentioned. I tried searching for it but i couldn't find anything.
"You and I" seems to be sung by a guy, but maybe you heard a cover. The song is only 2:15~, but I don't know anything about the "Minna no Uta" show. Maybe with the proper Japanese characters and searching in the JP search engines you could find something.
