Choosing to run away rather than face the consequences of your actions is certainly not an uncommon decision, but it is a rather immature one.
Have you tried calmly asking a staff member and addressing that it was accidental instead of just throwing your hands up and leaving? They wont take away the entire ban because you do have to be responsible of your actions in some way, whether intentional or not, how the world works bud. The mods are just doing their jobs they can't really differentiate what is accidentally posting a bad link or not without actually telling them. Your choice to leave but I think it's a silly one... This all strikes me as indicated incredibly ridiculous; you're leaving because you got banned and feel that that is unjust. While leaving is your right, I'm pretty sure taking this up with a mod would have taken about as much time as posting this thread. Mods aren't out to get you bro, I checked. Grav, what you were banned for, your ban was more than justified, you may as well wait out your time, you're a fun guy to have around the chat. If you've decided not so, then I bid you a farewell and hope where-else you end up is a fun place.
This situation's so obvious, everyone else already said it. So yeah, chin up and take it like a man. In time even you are going to look back on this and see just how over the top this stunt was.

I don't really have much to say on this other than what mike pointed out that you making a duplicate account. That is one of the stupidest moves to pull. Trust me, I've done it before.

Glad I'm not the only one that thought this. People's attitudes here made me really uncomfortable. I mean, I know they dun goofed, and then made another account, but so have a lot of people in the past. I know I did it back in the day a few times. I understand telling him off once, twice, even THREE times! But it's just one after the other and it's pretty upsetting. That's just my thoughts yo. I love you guys all the same. Don't take it so hard, it's just that a lot of people had something to say and just coincidentally it all happened to be more or less the same thing. It's like, you know, people agreed on something and they did let it be known like they did so... I don't really see what's remotely upsetting about that, tbh.
