I'm not talking all the big politics and that stuff, although I believe that it's gotten ridiculous. Hilary Clinton rigged he the Democrat Primary, it's provable, but hey who care about that, lets waste forever on Trumps big mouth. All this time and the only thing that's been proved about Trump is he has a big mouth. Everything else has nothing to do with the election and proves he's not the greatest judge of character. I'm talking small scale. For the last several year the 7 Eleven I work at hasn't been able to get quality employees. We've had people steal money and product, two drug dealers and whole lot of people who just stand still and be on their cell phones. Getting away from the employees, the customers for the large part aren't very great either. Parents don't watch their kid, and they're constantly stealing. There's no end to the adults who steal either. Black, white, or whatever. The only reason it's mostly black is because we're located in a largely black neighborhood. We've been having nonstop problems with a particular pair of black gentalman, and when we call the cops, they don't do crap. First theirs and issue with even calling the cops. It's a non-emegency call, so 311, not 911. Call and half the time we end up on hold for ten to fifteen minutes. Even when we do get the cops to respond the two are either gone or off the property. I really don't get that. They're off our property, but they're just next door at Jack in the Box or at the Smoke Shop and the cops can't do anything? These two I threaten me even when I'm not at work. But the cops can't do squat because they're no caught in the act? Tonight, I got punch in the nose when I was stopping a fellow from stealing beer, and when the Police responded the officer spent time telling me to just let them steal the store has insurance for that. What the *squee!* kind of message is that? It's okay to let people break the law because it doesn't matter? Seriously what direction is this country going in?
Truthfully, the direction America is going in is mostly devolved direction. The general common sense and intelligence of the populous has been plummeting faster than ever before. There's a number of things to blame. But humanity's own increasing ignorance and greed being the biggest factors in everything. If there was ever a time to see the darkest side of humanity, now seems about right. I've seen it for a long time, but it's to a point now that it has surfaced to a visible level. It's as if no one here cares anymore how much it hurts them and all of humanity to be so stupid and to be so conformist to all the trends of the nation. I've sincerely have given up having any hope for humanity. If there was any hope before, it's dead now. But it's honestly not my problem. If people don't want to un*squee!* themselves, that's their own problem. Not mine.
Call me what you like but I'm not the type to give in. I'm in the UK, we're in a similar boat of having buggered over our country in a manner that'll see lasting effects for years to come. We can sympathise but I cannot imagine what it's like to have such a bumbling, greedy, smiling prat in charge who turns out to have been little more than the tangatine cover for even worse people to gain power. I can't imagine what it's like to see your country grow actively more hostile. Maybe it's just luck but the UK isn't that bad yet. Yet. I do wonder if there's anything extra you could try. I know, it's a lot more effort for a crap job but it's still a crap job your being threatened in. The law is failing you, the government in the area is failing you. I know it feels like aging 40 years but what about writing to your local politicians? Again, the great tangerine one has helped crap over trust in politics but I did say local politicians. They're the guys that are meant to fix things closer to you. Maybe something could come of it but it does take some serious nagging. Try getting family to help, maybe friends. Maybe call them every so often. There's sites for the UK that let you check up on the MP that represents your constituency. What they vote for and what they've voted for in the past. Is there something on your end? What about talking to your manager? I know it's a crap job and something should have been done but if you've been attacked already, how can they possibly stand still. I know it's *squee!* but it's worth raising the point, right?
Bumbling, greedy, smiling prat in charge? Obama is out of office. Trump does less bumbling and more bigmouth. A lot of his stuff does work, he support the law where Obama kept tearing it down. Not to say Trump is perfect, I never would have voted for him if his opponent wasn't a third term of Obama. Trump need to shut up more, and not everything he does is great, but thing are going more right then they were under Obama. Still this isn't about big. My manager and owner and doing what they can about the two trouble makers, and since this topic was posted they escalated. They came in one night when I wasn't working and smashed the cover to our grill. The cops are supposed to be looking for them but since I still see one of them around I have to wonder just how hard.
