Similar to a recent one: which Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles character do you want to see added to the Nickelodeon cartoon show and why?
Venus would be nice to see, but it can never happen. Apparently Peter Laird hated her so much that she was retconned out of existence when Eastman left. He flips out if people so much as joke about bringing her back. Mona Lisa seems like a very real possibility, based on the picture that Kurtzman had in his files.
No Miyamoto Usagi? Or the Usagi yo Jimbo version from the original? Shame on you. The bunny appeared in the first two why not the third. Heck why not the one from the second since the crossed over the first with the 3rd.
Miyamoto Usagi is a creator-owned character, Nickelodeon needs Stan Sakai's permission to use it. And Stan Sakai said in many interviews that he refuses to let Nickelodeon use Usagi.
There are a few characters that I'd like to see. Bebop and Rocksteady were at the top of the list, and I was really glad to see them brought in. I'm even happier to see that they're actually competent in this incarnation. Agent Bishop was one of my favorite characters from the 2003 series. It's rare to see an Anti-Villain done so well. The Ancient One was an interesting character, but I'm not sure how the 2012 continuity would fit him in. I'd also like to see Irma brought into the series for real. I wasn't fond of the "Irma-bot" twist.
There might be a real Irma. I could be wrong, but one of the mutated humans looked like she was wearing Irma’s clothes.
