    Oh here's what I would do:

    Break apart the 'too big to fail' companies. Impliment irrevocable polices to punish outsourcing companies and reward insourcing. Return tax rates to a graduated scale do the 1% would pay their fair share. I would force colleges to reduce tuition so there is less 'for-profit' schools. I would implement new policies to strengthen America's education system and make it easier on small buisness and local farmers. Then, I would slash the defense budget by maybe up to 50% and focus on the sustaining of Medicare and Social Sercuroty. SNOWM 2012!

    It would be a busy day.

    I'd do nothing, and let everyone do what ever they want (as long as I stay alive,safe and warm) :derpe: It's a free country isn't it? I'm not much a leader anyways so if I did have a chance to do this I wouldn't be able to do very much :3. If the world ever does come to be having to "lead" them then I shall see what I do (hopefully older and more confident)
