Don't ask me why but i'm curious what is the longest y'all have ever stayed up before. I myself have stayed up until 10:00am once. I really regretted that one afterwards XD
I definitely regret it whenever I go a whole two or three days without sleeping. xD Which I do often, because although it feels terrible, there's just never enough time in a day. :S
During my town's 'Occupy Wall Street' protests, I stayed awake for 120 hours. I do NOT recommend trying it.
One weekend when my friend Josh came over to spend the weekend with me like he does from time to time both of us went a entire Saturday night without going to sleep.
72 hours. last day of Galacon 2012, then we had post GalaCon meetup that lasted all night, then day after when I stayed in Stuttgart whole day, then traveling to Zagreb over night, and as I came home in 7am, I didn't feel sleepy, so I stayed up rest of the day.
Well, Season 3 of MLP was going to premiere in the morning at around 7am in my area, and I was really excited. So I decided to join a livestream that was playing ALL the Season 1 and 2 episodes that had just finished Season 1. Basically, I stayed up all night watching ponies in anticipation of Season 3. The Crystal Empire aired, and I didn't feel like sleeping after that. So I just stayed up the rest of the day. So I had a good 48 hours of awesome pony. Too bad the last half was GAKGAKGAKGAKGAKGAK.
About 5 days back in 2010. Tooth infection, never-ending pain. Closest I've ever been to suicide. The memory haunts me. When I got that baby pulled I took one of the mega-powerful painkillers they gave me and slept for 18 hours.
From about 8:00am until 10:00pm the following day. My dad and I were in Florida for the Daytona 500 and we got up at 8:00 on Saturday and visited with relatives in Jacksonville where we were staying. That night, I couldn't sleep and we were getting up at 3:00am Sunday to beat the crowd to the track. The race ended at about 7:00pm and we left about 3 hours later. We were both tired so we pulled into a rest stop and slept in the truck for about 2 hours before continuing back to Jacksonville.
Two or three days, something like that. Back in my mmorpg days. No time to sleep when there's castles to be seiged, levels to grind and n00bs to pwn. xD
That ruins the fun 7:00-8:00am for me. And those were on special occasions. Not much of an all nighter person.
Well, Last summer on EPR, We had the Karaoke night. I really needed to practice for that live performance of trogdor you know (which my moc cut out during, and made me sad ;~ so I stayed up for about 3 1/2 days straight. One night before, the night of, and two nights afterwards because DJ's were on almost all the time then. It was super fun. I love how most of the time it was just being on EPR, didn't even need games :3 I didn't get any coffee or that stuff either, just lunch and dinner. Man am I hardcore :B
