Hello, everypony! I'm Mallory, aka Quanta, a 21-year-old female brony and all-around geek from Ontario, Canada. I'm a BSc. (Hons) student in Biological Anthropology and Genetics, and am also an avid game developer (PHP/MySQL based web games), web designer, and in a past life was a professional photographer (I have an advanced diploma in photojournalism - also known as an associates degree to you 'Mericans). I've been around the Brony community for over a year now - I took a step away from the MLP fandom after I made a big mistake, which involved hurting a close friend, and also after discovering part of the community that made me a little nervous/upset. I was original co-founder of a growing MLP chat, but have since left it to aforementioned close friend, and have decided to go elsewhere; we've gone our separate ways, and that's okay - people make mistakes, and crap happens. I know now that what I saw, in terms of a disturbing part of the fandom, is a very small portion, and I've moved on. Enough about that! I'm here to make new friends, to hang out, and to get back into the community I once called my home - I've missed the brony environment and the fostering of friendship and acceptance that happens within it. I can't wait to become involved in the Everypony community; I'm big on chatting, so you'll likely see me in there lots! Feel free, too, to ask me for msn/Skype/whatever EDIT: I also make an attempt at art, so I'm sure that will pop into things at some point too :3
