I was wondering, when did y'all just fall for your favorite pony. Mine, Twilight Sparkle, has been so for my whole bronydom, mostly because I find her personality extremely similar to mine, making her very relatable for me. How 'bout you guys?

interesting question. on start, Fluttershy was my favorite pony because... well, she's Fluttershy, cutest pony, even when she's mad. So, till season 2 Fluttershy was my favorite pony. After Lesson Zero, Twilight Sparkle came tied to first place as favorite pony, and for long time, I couldn't decide which pony I liked more. But then after adorkable dancing in Sweet and Elite, it was clear that Twilight Sparkle is my favorite pony

Dash was my favorite until sister hooves social. Then something happened, I started to like Rarity. I always like her, just not as a favorite or anything. I have many best ponies, because they're all awesome and I'm terrible with decisions. Right now, I think the three that stand out to me the most is Dashie, Pinkie and Sweetie Belle.

hmm... Well, lets see, Yall might call me weird after this post. But the reasons I like Applejack as my favourite pony, is well, to me she is near perfect! In multiple episodes she proves her integrity, her abilities and personality. I like every trait she has. I'm not sure as to what made me like her, I think it was a long drawn out process. The first thing for me was the accent, I ALWAYS loved the Southern accent. I guess as she started to show more of herself through the show I started to like her a lot more. I really like her A LOT. She shares many traits with me, (Including the stubbornness) And quite frankly...She's everything I look for in a girl in real life. Here's the part I might regret saying. Yes...I am very attracted to her, a cartoon pony, whom if I had half a chance to transform into a pony, I would marry her. I have had dreams about me and her and often think about her before I go to sleep. And yes. I love her. Some people may think that that is weird others not so much. But that's me. I first started favoring Pinkie Pie after the Party of One episode, but really became best pony for me when I noticed her 4th wall shenanigans. Also, she just seems kinda cute, with her personality and looks and such.
Cadence caught my eye when I first saw her design, it just looked great with all the colours blending together perfectly. The wedding episode sealed it. Great voice, great design, great personality, just great. She wasn't a typical princess who is interested in tiaras and stuff, she showed she could stick up for herself just as much as Shining Armour. Rarity is my favourite mane six just for well, being Rarity! That's the best way I can describe her in a short way. I'd have to thank Dragonbait for making me notice her properly though :derpe:

Fluttershy has been my favorite ever since season 1. Ever since Twilight tried to introduce herself to her and she uttered her first mumbled response. Although after S2 I have to say Twilight Sparkle is easily my second favorite, whereas in S1 she was not even on the list.
Well, first I was leaning a bit towards fluttershy in Dragonshy, but then after Sonic Rainboom I said to myself, "Rainbow Dash is officially best pony. End of story."
I derped earlier because I was in a bit of a rush to go out. Sorrys! Dashie; To begin with, she was my favourite. I can relate to her too- I hate losing. Pinkie; Guess it must have been around the start of season 2... as I say many many times, I could just listen to her ramble for hours... Sweetie Belle; Quite recently, only a few days ago, perhaps a week. She's so adorable, especially with that lil' squeak of hers.
First favorite was Fluttershy, then Rainbow Dash, then Luna, then Cadence, then Rarity, Twilight, Lyra, Cheerilee, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, etc. Rainbow Dash's attitude hasn't improved too much, but I still like her a lot. The sonic rainboom is what earned my undying respect for her. I absolutely love Cadence too. Her personality and voice were far better than what I was expecting. In fact, my favorite scene from the Season 2 finale was when Twilight and Cadence were reunited.
I've always had this unusual attachment to Pinkie Pie, maybe because she is a lot like myself, in mannerism, I am of a male but I am extremely hyper active, always doing crazy insane things, that make no sense to anyone, and I am a massive socialite, yet nopony takes me seriously until it's too late. But Anywho, I just fell in love with her character, her personality, the way she hops everywhere, the fact that she can not only float, hover, and teleport, she can also displace matter, change her mass, and around her the fourth wall, is no longer exists. Basically I love everything about her from her cutie mark to her voice, from Friendship is Magic pt. 1 til the end of Season 2, Pinkie Pie is best pony for me.
