Basically this is a thread where you say something (or a few things) that you remember from your childhood that aren't so today; with it beginning with the phrase "when I was a little filly." I got the idea from this video by the way. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OCuwd-QmhzQ I'll start us off... When I was a little filly, when my friends and I wanted to play video games together, we didn't have Xbox Live or Playstation Network to do so; instead we went over to each other's houses and played Super Smash Brothers, and we liked it!
When I was little...I was really shy. I never really had what you call "friends". Though around the age of 4-5, I came outta my shell a little.
When I was little... When I was little... I got into trouble a lot... That's really the only difference from how I am now... Awesome.
When I was a little filly and the sun was going doooooooown... sorry couldnt resist... when I was a little filly I fell out of a tree
When I was a little filly, I never really had friends until 4th grade. I had trouble making friends and I was bullied constantly due to me being different from the others. (I was born with "very low" level Autism)
When I was a filly, I was a social outcast with no friends to speak of except for two, who have remained my closest friends since elementary school.
*Read in your grandfather's voice.* When I was filly, we only had 151 Pokemon! And there was no way to get #151! We didn't have any of this Infrared Connection Nonsense, when we wanted to trade our Pokemon, we had to get a cable and hook up our Gameboys! Speaking of that, we didn't have any of this touch screen shenanigans, we had buttons and we LIKED them! (No... Not really that old. XD)
When I was a little filly, I fell off my scooter and ripped half of my face off. And had to get stitches almost in my eye.
meh... I'll post again When I was a little filly, you didn't take pictures with a cell phone. You actually had to buy this thing called a camera that takes pictures. And that was it too. It only took pictures, and they were expensive too, usually families only had one.
