    I like a lot of clop I've seen, but anthro is weird to me. Same reason I've never been able to enjoy furry art. I like animals to look like animals and humans to look like humans.

    on topic: well, I'd say that perhaps first bronies were those that simply had the hub when show started, and watched it because they had nothing smarter to do, and there was nothing on tv, so they got hooked. they might not be on internet (or weren't before they became bronies)

    If you want to get technical, the people that coined the term "Bronies" were the first bronies. I remember finding the first ever post on 4chan about MLP but I can't seem to find it anymore.

    Aaanyways...Yeah, you wanna get specific, the first male to watch and enjoy mlp was no doubt during G1, of course this "mane" fandom wouldn't have flourished without the internet, so we may never know *exactly* when the first brony was created.
