When I looked outside today I saw it was cloudy. I thought to myself, "Where's Rainbow Dash?". Is this a sign I need to cut back a bit?
I have all the episodes on my iPod. I can recollect the name and number of every episode. I have 4 gig of ponies on my computer. "I'm watching My Little Pony" is now a legitimate excuse for not going out. I think of ponies every times I see a cupcake. Rainbow Dash is my wallpaper on my phone and my Firefox theme. The theme tune is my ringtone. I have a My Little Pony bed cover. By contrast, you seem fine!
Haha, that's funny. I almost had a pretty good storm yesterday (i.e., it was severe and had a lot of lightning with it), but as it approached my location, it drifted eastward and fell apart. Two thoughts crossed my mind when that happened; 1) Rainbow Dash owes me a thunderstorm and 2) I wish I had the ability to move the clouds themselves as I see fit (like RD) so I can have a thunderstorm anytime I wanted. Oh well, a storm-obsessed brony can dream, can't he? As a sign to cut back though? Nah.
Well, if you feel passionate enough about something or compelled to like it enough, that sort of stuff is bound to happen.
If you're obsessed with storms, you would of loved it here last night. There was lots of thunder and lightning and there was a small tornado.
Yeah, well whenever I see a word like "everybody" or "anybody" or the like, I automatically assume the person made a mistake.
And that's what Whinnypeg should've gotten. Only a bit of rain, no thunder/lightning at all, I am sad. Anyway, I have ponies more or less everywhere now, even in my top 5 most viewed pages in numbers 4 and 5 (the top 3 go to my old e-mail, Google, and YouTube, not in that order) Also, I have all the episodes, and 3GB worth of music related to ponies on my MP3 player. Right now. With a bunch of pony images, but not all of them. In total, my pony folder is about 6GB in size.
You think YOU'RE obsessed? My first dream that I can recollect in perfect detail was my own personal pony episode. I have a new found love for the words "flutter", "twilight", "muffins", and "cutie". I scour the Internet for anything pony related! My good Brohny, there is no need to fret, we are all mad here!!
I was driving home and I saw a low altitude cloud moving at high speed. I thought to myself. "Hmm, no pegasi". Big time thunderstorms where I'm at.
Well, uh... this is awkward. It is part of my speaking vocabulary, I said that... during a meeting. I don't know whether to be proud or embarrased. So, I'll watch ponies instead!
At first I promised I'd just watch the sow and that's it. but then I started making small references to the show when with my friends. And then I started drawing ponies. And then I started listening to remixes of the songs
Rainbow Dash has been clearing up the storms here in Manetana. She's made sure they pass over my house each time they occur, so I can enjoy the lightning displays. So thoughtful. Anyhow, I feel like I could easily become more addicted and obsessed with the show. I need to start looking at shirts to purchase. >.>
Obsession is when you wear a pony shirt, have every single pony collectible (or are in the process of getting them), have all the episodes on your media device of choice, actively look for pony images, ponify words (everypony, Manehattan, etc) in normal speech (or IRL), and will turn ANYTHING into ponies. Oh, and contribute to the fanon (fanfics, music, art, w/e) THAT is overkill obsession, and no, I don't do half that stuff. I probably should though. Anyways, like a wise man once said, if you will do it, you might as well over-do it. So watch more ponies, make more bronies (take that as you will), and praise your pony of choosing to EVERYONE.
Never to much ponies, i'm like everyone else i got tons of pony related music, I have tons of computer, phone and ipod wallpapers. 10 gigs of ponies I'm buying as many shirts as i can get. everyday at lunch at work i'm watching ponies or defending the awesomeness of ponies to my co workers. I had i dream with sweetie belle in it. since i got back from vacation I've only left this place to sleep.
I'm currently in the process of getting a pony t-shirt, but otherwise, I don't have any pony toys. Yet. 2 things not on that list, that's pretty good for a Whinnypegger.
You can never watch too much MLP... Though you can become a too hardcore MLP fan. As in, Love Fluttershy/Rainbow Dash or any of the ponies more than anyone in your family, abandon your religion for Ponytheism, Have your hair painted in one of the mane cast's hair colors (Applejack doesn't count because she's too ordinary), have a butt tattoo and call it a "Cutie mark", Change your name from your original IRL name to one of the mane cast's names (Like that one guy from Saudi Arabia did), begin ponifying every word that is possible to be ponified, ONLY wear Pony clothing (T-shirts and jeans with Ponies on them), start making ponies from non-ponies and finally move to New York, Manhattan, because that's the only Place that actually exists in Equestria (kind of). IF YOU DON'T DO ALL OF THESE THINGS YOU ARE NOT A TOO HARDCORE MLP FAN. I am none, at least.
