Firebreeze sits in the hotel room, looking out into the infested streets. He shook his head and called back to Gea, "Some vacation this turned out to be."
"I see no reason not to try. If we don't leave soon..." Gea looked towards the door, now a dull thud hitting against it.
"Gotcha... Let's go!" He said, grabbing a crowbar and smashing the window, "The top is right above us! If we're careful, we can climb up there. I really wish I didn't break my wing, I'd make things easier..."
Gea grimaced and hovered by Fire. "Things can't be controlled..." She grips a wine bottle, the only weapon she could find in the hotel room.
Gea looked over the edge of the building. "You forgot them." She stares at the mass of undead ponies and shivers.
"Can we find a way to the beach? Maybe we can signal a rescue or something." Gea paced the edge of the roof slowly. (Nice title work in.)
"I doubt the beach is safe," Fire replied, "But we might be able to find some help in the jungle. I heard there were small villages out there. Plus, the place should be almost completely void of zombies."
"Alright. Best to start now." Gea clutches her awkward wine bottle and starts towards the next rooftop.
Fire spread his wings, cringing in pain, and glided his way to the top of the next building. "Come on!" He said through the pain.
"No, no, it's fine, I swear!" He said, still cringing a bit, "Come on, there's plenty more where that came from!"
