Objection!!! *flips through papers* I concede that this may be the case, although there's no definitive proof. However, I came to the conclusion that I did by reading the sourcebook for the non-canon roleplaying system "Roleplaying is Magic (v1)". It stuck.

Short Biography/Motivation: Silver is a very logic-oriented, powerful magician. However, his overemphasis on logic often gets in the way of social interactions, so he doesn't make many friends. He is very serious most of the time, and a full-out smile is unheard of from him. The most you're likely to get out of him is a slight smirk or frown, or an eyebrow-raise. His motivation to help? Well, he won't tell anyone anything beyond "It's my job". What job that is is anypony's guess.
