Tried FMA, it was meh, finished Soul Eater (loved it), Rosario+Vampire got pretty boring second season...

No DBZ, One Piece, Sailor Moon, or Naruto, I don't watch to...

    Well, One Piece is the greatest anime series of all time, but if you're not interested in that, then I would recommend Case Closed (be sure to watch the subbed version), Gundam Wing (the dub's good), Hikaru No Go (sub), Robotech, DragonBall (way better than DBZ), Azumanga Daioh, and anything made by Studio Ghibli.
