coming back to EPR

well what a great experience! the first time i enter EPR in 8 months and i get banned...
the staff hate me, i get banned from a mistake while everyone else(mainly siakyo, which only shows that mods aren't treated with the same respect as users) spams like fricking Asian carp in the Mississippi river.

For those who are gamers or know about computer tech, i have a logitech G-series keyboard. so i have those G-Keys.
well when i went to click shift i hit G11. under G11 i Had

What happens? i get banned, i don't know for how long, but its been a while already and I'm still banned.

F*** EPR, the only mod i respect is ottirob, he is the only one that actually talks to me like a friend, unlike the other mods who definitely treat any pony as every pony (equal)[/rage]

    I'm sorry that you have such strong feelings toward all the stuff, including us who only just recently got hired on. If you want to flesh out your ideas, and have some constructive criticism, feel free to let us know in the Complaint Box.

    A few things I need to list:
    1. I gave a chat warning on spam, and warned you about your letters.
    2. It was a 5 minute chat ban, you can get back on now.
    3. This should be in the complaint box, that is why it's there.
    4. Those are 3 lines of random letters I can not understand, I saw you did it twice, and I thought you were seriously spamming the third time.

    Dude...chill. If you want to complain, go to the Complaint Box. But please, be constructive or don't post at all. That's all I'm gonna say.

    As for that error with your keyboard. Before you noticed the error do you remember what normally would happen when you press G11? Are these macro keys (keys that you can assign tasks/programs to)? Try re-installing your keyboard drivers.

    i didn't notice the warning until the second line. till then, i did expect to stop. when i went to click shift to write down "Sorry, i will stop." i clicked G11 and was immediately banned. the only thing i saw after wards was you say "oops i cleared comments before banning." After that i raged and left. I'm not happy. I decided to come back after 8 months and thought i could actually have fun again. at least there was a change, now its run by strict moderators and not filled with trolls and parasprites. i guess that's the expected reaction. just like cops beefing up security after a shooting, or something similar.

    I would throw this in the complaint box, but those are usually scrapped, not read, at least with my past experience AND the reputation i have among the staff, thats what i see.

    Actually, the Complaint Box has almost never been used. Not to mention that we can't figure out ways to improve the site if our users refuse to let us know what we could be doing better. So don't just discount your ideas and say they will be immediately ignored. Please, do give us some constructive criticism to work off of.

    i would give a lot of reasons why people don't use it, but it wouldn't count cause it comes from my personal experience.
    in my opinion, dont just say "give us your constructive criticism" cause its easily bendable. it can be interpreted as "tell us why we suck" or "please put us down for your sake", on the lighter side, it can also mean "please help us become something better". try something that brings out positive more than anything else. why not say "we want you to have a happier experience here! how about you help us achieve that goal by giving us ideas on how to improve" or "epony isn't a mod anymore, no need to fear":)P)

    honestly... don't call it a complaint box... it just repels people. its too pessimistic.
