I have uncontrollable tremors. They come and go. My doctor says it's probably just genetics, which doesn't help me out, because plenty of bad stuff can also be genetics.

Most of the time, when you feel like that, you're just psyching yourself out. It'll pass.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. If it persists or becomes a common problem, I'd ask a doctor.

Actually, you are experiencing a very real emotion of foreboding. It's not an entirely conscious emotion, so you'll easily be feeling loss before the loss occurs without attempting to. Feeling tragedy before it occurs.
