This time it's purely staff related.

Let's talk more specifically about manipulation in this regard. There are many forms of it. Some is just extremely subtle manipulation, such as not telling the truth, etc. However, we're going to focus on a major aspect of this said manipulation, which is the blatant use of their position to manipulate and control other staff members and users.


Upon a time, there was an instance of where everything was alright. All of the mods did their job well, all complaints were heard and listened to. Everything ran smoothly, even.


Then we got more and more moderators, which left more and more room to move around in secrecy. These instances became increasingly apparent, even to myself when I was just a user.

I noticed a lot of things wrong with the staff, but I feared that I would not be taken kindly to speaking my mind. Things have certainly changed.


Some staff members, admittedly, shadow their own positions with a web of lies to conceal what is truly going on. I am unable to reveal these to you all because, quite frankly, I'd be fired. And (Most of us) don't want that.


Users such as Echoax, Yamiookami, and mike406, and Tenortrouble all do their best to ensure that these instances of 'Manipulation' are brought to light, and yet, these very same people that are trying to help are being pushed away by our own selfish idiocy.

Staff members such as Flash, Viper, and maybe one or two more, have all used some form of manipulation to get some things done to or with them that ensures their position and/or enforces something that benefits them. I won't go into more detail. But we should all keep an eye on all of the staff.
