Soooo... I was browsing the internet when I came 'cross this.

"Great news everyone! With Xenotransplantation and genetic engineering; Catgirls are a possibility! Unfortunately, it will not be possible for a long to be able to engineer perfect chimeras (catgirls, for example). What is possible is to genetically engineer cats to contain human regulatory pathways that make xenotransplantation (animal-to-human grafts) possible without rejection. Thus, an appropriately engineered cat could be bred for it's ears or tail wich are then surgically grafted on humans."

    As an Environmental Chemistry student, this makes me angry. This bulls**t is the kind of stuff that makes me angry. It's disgusting. Humans don't need to breed with cats. Humans are not felines. Felidae and (damnit I'm not good with biology) should stay seperate.

    There would be serious problems involving circulatory currents and nerve growth. It would take humans generations to adapt. This is a hoax. Unless they know some freaky thing I don't.

    Well, once your altering DNA to make cat ears, your basically well on your way to curing inherited diseases and preventing birth defects, I'd guess.

    I mean, the disease thing would probably come first before attempting to make an alternative to the Fursuit that doesn't freak normal folks out immediately.
