I'm losing my only dream

I could use some guiding light some place to go. If you hear me let me know.

So yeah, I'm having trouble sleeping, or rather dreaming, and my dreams are where half of the inspiration for my RP's and stories come from. The probably is, I haven't had a dream in the last three days and it's been screwing with me sleep. Anyone know why this might be?

    Dunno the reference, but if it's Doctor Who I'll be happy. ::S:

    Whenever I go to sleep, I sit there and focus on one point of darkness in front of me thinking "I will remember my dreams when I wake up, i will remember my dreams when I wake up" over and over until I fall asleep. It works about 50% of the time. /shrug
    That's all I can give you.

    well i think when your mind is filled with other things its hard to make a dream when your sub-consious is thinking about that same thing all night long.

    The important thing is to keep an open mind. Lucid dreaming -- it's amazing.

    I remember clear dreams every night, and at times, can even manipulate them. Try it out ^^… you won't regret it. :)

    As far as I am aware, humans dream every single time they sleep regardless of whether they remember or not. I think the only exception would be if you're not entering R.E.M. for some reason. Not entering R.E.M. sleep can also leave you feeling tired, like you didn't get much sleep. My only suggestion would be to try and pinpoint anything that may be causing stress.
