No Battlefront 3?

So, the other day I found out Star Wars: Battlefront 3 was canceled.

I know, I'm late. And it's safe to say that my reaction is less than positive.

For those of you who don't know they story: Free Radical Design (The Developers) was over half way finished with developing the game before being forced to stop by Lucas Arts (The Producers)and hand over the project to Rebellion Developments, who hasn't done jack and pretty much cancelled the game after the reveal of 1313. After handing over the project, Free Radical was acquired by Crytek.
The reason for stopping, I don't know. I could assume that Lucas Arts wanted to focus all development efforts towards 1313 and Knights of the Old Republic.

Either or, It still sucks that an amazing game series died.

    It was cancelled in favour of Kinect Star Wars and Knights of the Old Republic.

    I really, and I mean REALLY downright hate EA games now. Pandemic was an amazing company but those [redacted] at EA bought them and put them out of business. I don't remember who took up the project after them, but now that it's cancelled?

    One thing's for clear- from this day forward I am no longer buying any games with an EA logo on them. I hope they rot in a hole.

    This was my favorite game growing up, im shattered this is the end. EA are just a bunch of greedy money loving biggots who dont care about the players intrests at all. They can just go rot somewhere, i dont care where.

    I saw the videos they had on what the game would've looked like.......I hate EA so much. I played Battlefront II so much and loved it, and now I'll never be able to play a next-gen Galactic Conquest. DX

    My favourite addition they were planning was the ability to move from land battles to space and vice-versa. I think I'm gonna go cry now....
