Not so much.

When I come to this site, I find there's a lot of positive energy. Folks creating things, making drawings, and writing stories. I like that, I feel that this is a place where I can finally let out all of that creative frustration. Something that I've been meaning to do for quite some time.

Then, because COMBAT! happens. Can't name names, but I've sensed quite a bit of hostility in the chat. I try to have a meaningful conversation, but then the troll button gets pushed, and I have to log out before I say something to get myself banned.

Regarding comments to blog posts or what have you, why do people feel the need to be so condescending? I understand that foul language is not allowed, and straight up trolling isn't either, but apparently being condescending IS allowed. And don't start with your "No, I really mean it." defense. Get over it. You want to be rude and impolite, such trappings do not work on me, so please do not insult my intelligence.

So please, tell me what rules I violated with this blog post. Trolling will be reported.

    Your behaviour might cause people to react the way they do. If that's the case, it's on you and you should try to behave more appropriately. If you think they're overreacting or just downright bullying you, talk about it with a staff member in private. If it's about a moderator, contact an admin. If it's about an admin, I would suggest talking to Foxytail about it, but to be honest that's not my call to make.

    I completely understand your anger. If someone talked to me the way I talked to you, I would probably get upset as well. I will say, however, that I stand by my reasoning. I personally feel that you were going through something that I go through every day I am on this site. I dislike when people make mountains out of molehills, and to me, it seemed like you were doing that. But, I was rude, and for that I apologize.
    I respect you, GreyMagus. Not only do you try your best to make this site into a better place, but, (if I followed correctly,) you managed to be a single parent, which I would imagine to be extremely difficult. And, like I said, I do think that we simply have different perspectives on what should be considered insulting. What I said in that post was true; there is not one RP of mine that was ever finished, so almost nobody knows what you were going through like I do, and to me it wasn't a very big deal. I was insensitive to the fact that we are all different, and all have different opinions.
    Regardless, considering this post now, I will say that, believe it or not, people on this site tend to gravitate away from drama. Your blog posts tend to be a little on the dramatic side. I'm not saying it is bad. I mean, I posted this a while back.

    I know the awesome feeling of being dramatic. However, some people tend to turn condescending, and trollish when approached with it. I do apologize if I have ever done either of those things. Believe me, it was not intentional.
