Da hell does Fleek even mean?

Anyway, either I'm getting old or I'm out of the trends going on right now. But seriously, what retard made up this word? It's probably been around for all of 2015, but I just now started noticing it being shown and mentioned more. It's just one of those words made up by people that bother me.

I seriously though Fleek was some image sharing website before I looked it up on Google. I know I maybe making a mountain out of a mole hill but this legit bothers me. Not too mention that this word seems to have an entrely different meaning when the word on is added, though the definition of Fleek refers to the on fleek... IDK anymore...

    I've only seen this word used on the internet about one or two times, and never by anyone in real life. Darn kids and their slang... Man I sound old.

    Seriously though, this word is pretty stupid.

    I've heard people use that sometimes on the Internet. Even I don't like it either, it's stupid. It's something that's used all over Twitter. In fact, it's currently the third most hated word over the past 30 days. The slang word "On fleek" means "smooth, nice, sweet" and so on. As for the slang word "fleek" in general, it means "perfect, flawless, good-looking", etc. Which I don't think its exactly the best way to put it though. There really isn't a proper definition for it. It's just some word that hardly no-one understands pretty much. They just use it for the hell of it.

    I'm a high school student and I've seen it more on the internet than actually hearing people use it. I've heard it once from the girl who was doing her makeup at her locker.

    It looks like someone tryed saying sleek and just rolled with they're F up and somehow got it to be a word of the same meaning as sleek

    Fleek is the dried fecal matter that sticks to your butthole if you don't wipe properly.

    At least that's what it meant when I was a kid.
