Part 20: MCP Eradication & TWO Twilight Towns?!

Sora & co make their way to confront the MCP. They have to fight Sark first. Which is pretty freaking easy. Even the MCP fight after that isn't too ridiculous. Tron makes it seem like he sacrificed himself, but, he didn't.

Sora & co then find out that the town had another name and the world is fully restored to "Radiant Garden."

Afterwards, I move on to Twilight Town. IT'S A GHOST TOWN. NO ONE AROUND. o_O

This is quickly replaced by NOBODIES EVERYWHERE. Oh goodie. [IMG]

The game doesn't let me take on Lexaeus so I end up going towards the mansion with a hurt Hayner, Pence & Olette. More Nobodies show up but Mickey also shows up to assist. After that Sora discovers that Mickey made a promise with Riku, which means he's fine. Well... sort of. :dunno:

That's later though. After exploring the mansion and fighting more Nobodies the computer room is found with an entrance to an "alternate Twilight Town" that may have a method to get into the Realm of Darkness and the Nobodies world.

No Sinister Sundown...

Either way Axel makes a reappearance and tries to get us to leave but Sora refuses and stays to help him against the large number of Nobodies. Eventually, Axel puts his "whole being" into an attack and begins to disintegrate. He reveals he just wanted to see Roxas. That's... not really a good reason to kidnap Kairi.

Either way it looks like she's Saix's prisoner now. Wonderful.

Bond of Flame is obtained and I gain access to the final world. The World That Never Was.

I go back to face Lexaeus. I screwed up on my first attempt as I was trying to get a reaction command to show up but my second attempt leads to victory!!

Also... I don't think the hardest bosses in this game are viable for me. Synthesis items rely too much on luck. Unless there's a way that I can do it without synthesis items, I'm screwed.

If you have any ideas for me or strategies that might work for Marluxia, Sephiroth, and Lingering Will that doesn't require synthesis grinding, let me know please. I tried to to do it and got Sora & co. to the level 60 range but I was only able to get a few synthesis items and only one of them.

I tried Vexen but I couldn't use Limit Form like the strategy suggested on my walkthrough. I kept getting Anti Sora Drive. :sigh:

But the Vexen fight was actually pretty simple so I won on my third attempt after the previous failed two attempts to get Limit Form to work properly.

The Marluxia, Sephiroth and Lingering Will fights are the worst ones though. I want to try and complete them but I guess it's impossible without synthesis items? Isn't that a little ridiculous? :pff:

Next time:

I begin TWTNW. More ridiculous boss fights are upcoming. Including: Roxas, Xigbar, and Luxord.
