Ponies: Next phase in evolution?

Long story short, yesterday I went to see Olympic Boxing in the ExCel (which was why I dissapeared for 2 days). I noticed that when the crowd were cheering and clapping, they were also stamping their feet on the ground to make more noise. I noticed this and then remembered how ponies show their appreciation:
And that's when it hit me, Equestria is the future of planet Earth. Slowly, humans will turn into cartoon ponies and learn to love and tolerate each other. This is the start of a bright future for us all.

Anyway, what do you guys think about this?

    Actually, this has also been speculated in that, during Hearts and Hooves day at the shot near the end where you can see underground, you see a tire off to the right. Ponies don't have cars.

    But there are other possible explainations. I just can't think of any right now. But I'm definitely not grasping at straws here. Nope, I have this totally figured out.

    Dibs on alicorn! *Is dragged off stage with a cane* This is interesting, and I'm sure that inspired the show's creators. Now if only it wound up being true. Perhaps if everyone's color was in pastels, some of the racist issues would end.

    I may actually do a bit more research into this. A few people have found evidence of human things in Equestria (like the tyre). Maybe they are extinct species?
