Littering. Why?

Seriously, the trash can is two feet away. Would it kill you to throw that candy bar wrapper out?

I see this all over the school, and I pick up. Yes, it *IS* the janitor's job, but I like to help out. If they're a janitor, then they probably hate seeing situations like that as much as I do.

I live on the side of a highway, and I see so many people throw crud out their windows, and I'm on the side of that highway picking up. Not for community service, but for the sake of helping the world just that smidgen much.

Please, if you litter, stop it. It's annoying to more people than just the clean-up crew. Stay hot, guys.

    Amen. I hate litter. I'll pick it up if I'm near a trash can, but if it's something big I'll pick it up if possible no matter where it's at.

    You know what I also hate? People who think banana peels are litter. I throw one out a window onto some grass or I'm out in the forest, I'll just throw it out. It's biodegradable for Christ's sake. And no, I usually put the sticker on my forehead, so no sticker on the peel.
