I'm sorry but Killzone and Bioshock vary more greatly than just developers.

Bioshock gives you a story driven experience and is less focused on giving a "WOW WHEE, LOOK AT ALL THAT EXPLOSIONS AND VIOLENCE." approach as most FPS games are doing these days. It offers a variety of FPS gameplay with some RPG elements while maintaining a horror element. It also offers a moral based system of rewards, be it you be greedy and receive a bad ending or be benevolent and receive less reward but a good ending.

Killzone is, well, shooty shooty bang bang. Litterally, you basically slog yourself from cutscene to cutscene, murdering everything that's not ISA. It does offer a nice fast paced FPS experience but it's just another military FPS about a guy fighting an army of bad guys who have a WMD.

In short, Bioshock is a story and moral based game that's slower game while Killzone is "get from point A to point B without dying. Oh, don't forget to murder everything on the way." fast paced game.
