Before that, ended being the cause for the site shutting down.

More examples, but you guys get my point right? I'm not into all that mumbo-jumbo and all that, but this can't be just a coinkydink, right?

    EDIT: Are you saying the site began going down once you arrived? OOoooooohh nononono you have it all wrong: this site began going downhill the day Derpy Hooves stepped down as main admin. It's just been one thing after another...

    Things started going downhill after November, things have only been made clear in the past couple of months.

    Some of the staff are... let's just say incapable.
    Some of the users are problematic, and yet we do nothing about them.

    I'd ask why, but I think the answer is clear, to some.

    Uh, maybe you guys should have more faith in the site itself, the lifeblood isn't moderating team, but the community. If a community is well behaved, you wouldn't even NEED a moderating team.

    In theory it works, but not in reality.

    You are actually very correct. However, almost anyone can join, so there are always going to be naughty people. And the site needs to be fixed, cleaned and maintained regularly, so staff is needed.
