- Week 9 V3.0 - The Walking Pokemon - 10/13/2013

Back again and this time with a rough start. Last Tuesday I had that exam that never took place during exam week. Thursday had me travel around the city and the rest is history.

Two of the most (personally) talked about discussions of this week is the walking dead and Pokemon X/Y. With the former premiering today (Sunday) but will premier until Tuesday here in Mexico. I'm acting cautiously so that I don't run into anything walking dead related until then.

From the beginning I originally had not thought of buying Pokemon. I haven't played since the days of the gameboy color. The last version I ever played was Pokemon Crystal. I have PKMN yellow, silver and crystal. Recently my friend Pepe, lended me his Pearl version. He allowed me to start a new game which he had no problem with. We traded all the important pokemon that he had catched to his Diamond.

So far I saw where pokemon has changed. I didn't know anything about the natures or the newer pokemon so I felt like a complete noob but still knew the weaknesses of each pkmn and some attacks that appeared in Gen I & II.

So after people asked if I was going to buy PKMN, I would say maybe the X version. I kept getting asked and asked until I finally started saying yes. Since this is the first 3DS game of PKMN I knew this was the best time to return playing.

Even with that said I don't plan to buy it until christmas. Now wouldn't be a good time because it would just distract me. Winter vacation would be more suited to dedicate my time playing. MH3U may be the game to keep but adding more to my 3DS library is only natural. Until MH4 gets localized, I'll be playing PKMN X.

Now to wait until the next big thing as the Earth circles around the sun.
