Youtube Ads

Whats everyones opinion on the youtube ads?

And do you think its fair that some of the more famous youtubers get a fair amount of their income nullified by people who use adblock?

I realize both these questions are far off from eachother, but go figure, first blog post.

    I don't think its fair for those who deserve it more than those who are more popular on Youtube (the ones who put a lot of time and effort, perhaps even research into their videos, as opposed to LPers generally. I realize deserving people would differ in opinion from person to person). I personally don't use Adblock, I'm a supporter of online revenue through ads, as for some, its their full time job to provide content on the net in the form of videos. As long as I don't get loud and obnoxious ones, I'm fine with all ads. It is a little annoying seeing the same ones again and again, however.

    Option 1) Pay to use Youtube.

    Option 2) Wait 5 seconds to watch a free video.


    Yeah, i'm going with option 2... I think alot of people would agree.
