Zombie movies

Am I the only one who thinks that the whole zombie thing is getting a bit overrated? There are simply too many movies and shows and books and stuff... It's just starting to get kinda old...

    No, you're not the only one. Yes, it does get a little stale when new writers and producers don't have anything to add to the style. I've always thought zombies were a lovely metaphor for modern, business-oriented society and it's workers.

    Yeah I feel you. I do like The Last of Us and the Walking Dead (video game.), though.

    Zombies, YES. Undead, no. There is a LOT of potential for things that are alive, and yet not, that's been ignored over the years BECAUSE zombies are so popular.

    You do have a point. People just try to hard to make a good zombie movie that most of them turn out bad however the World War Z movie is a zombie movie i want to see badly

    I would go further and say Vampires and Werewolves as well as zombies. All three seem to be one big trend. Oh and World War Z was... interesting at least to me.

    OK so first it the dead were created by voodoo then rising from the grave and finally a virus and now they have just ran out of ideas like making a zombie version of the twilight saga (warm bodies)
